Four build levels for every plan

Materials kit

You build it

Every piece on the plan's materials list, for you or your own contractor to build. Delivery is available for an extra fee.

Shell

Finished exterior

Slab, framing, metal roof and siding, windows and doors, with the interior walls framed. You finish the inside your way.

Advantage

Shell plus the mechanicals

The shell package plus electrical, plumbing, HVAC, spray foam and drywall. You handle paint, flooring, finishes and appliances.

Turnkey

You move in

The complete home, finished with selections from our Lobelville showroom.

Prices shown are Tennessee prices with tax included. Delivery is included with Shell, Advantage and Turnkey, and available for the Materials Kit for an extra fee. Site prep, utilities and appliances are not included. Building outside Tennessee? Ask for a quote.
